  I have had a long journey with myself wellness and their staff.  This treatment can be highly beneficial for the right person.  The staff is amazing and caring and they always open their doors and heart to clients.  My experiences have been very helpful but it’s not a one stop fix for all, the work still needs to be done within, but this can surely show you the LIGHT and separate you from the dark!   My self wellness saved my life, i was quickly loosing this battle of depression and over thinking. I came across this podcast and saw the work that My Self Wellness was doing. I dove right in learning about My Self Wellness and what they do and I knew this was the only hope for me, I felt 90% better just after one treatment and all the tools they give you to continue on your self wellness journey  was just amazing.   I dont even know where to start! Christina and Charles are truly changing lives everyday. What they are doing for the mental health community is absolutely amazing and they are going to go so far! They are amazing individuals inside and out. My ketamine treatments at my self wellness have been life changing! I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders and quit a nicotine addiction ive had for over 15 years. I have so much clarity for my life trajectory.  I would recommend this facility to all of my family and friends. I truly cant say enough good things. And the staff is phenomenal! From doing my intake with Jess to doing my initial talk with Dr. Ferber and all of my follow up calls with Gina, you can tell that every single person there cares about you and your healing journey. I also have to point out nurse Morgan who made sure I was comfortable and gave me the IM injection. I didnt even realize she was there doing it.   Absolutely amazing place with an amazing staff. The kindness that they give you is unbelievable. I had a lot of anger issues and have been suffering with PTSD. I have done five ketamine therapies so far and what an amazing experience. I feel so enlightened after every session. My anger is controllable now. Me and my wife are very grateful that we found them!
